Prepare meals for Little Treasures Early Childhood Center located within the Vineyard Church
HOURS: 8:00-1:45 Monday through Friday
Develop menus for breakfast, lunch, snacks. Provide menus to the classrooms.
Order food through YMCA Food Co-op. Prepare additional list for office manager if needed.
Complete all CACFP paperwork and submit monthly claims.
Prepare and serve food.
Clean and sanitize dishes and food prep areas.
Record food temperature logs
Order food for family nights.
Keep inventory of food, kitchen supplies utensils, plates, etc
Follow & report on Rule 3 Child care licensing regulations
Work with local food shelf to receive low-cost food when available.
Experience preparing food in a licensed kitchen
MN Servsafe certification or ability to attend next training
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to: climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, reach with hands, sit, stand for an extended period of time, , lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, have finger dexterity, grasp, perform repetitive motions, talk, hear and have visual acuity.
